REFUND POLICY

At The Dealr, we are committed to providing high-quality artwork and ensuring that our buyers have a satisfying experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a refund is necessary.

Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

1.1 Damaged Artwork

If the artwork arrives damaged during shipping, the Buyer must notify The Dealr within 7 days of receipt, providing clear photographic evidence of the damage. The Dealr will assess the damage and, if eligible, will arrange for a full refund or a replacement, at the
Buyer’s preference, and cover the return shipping costs.

1.2 Artwork Not as Described or Substandard Quality

If the artwork does not match the description or quality as shown on the Marketplace, the Buyer must provide evidence supporting the discrepancy. The Buyer must notify The Dealr within 7 days of receiving the artwork. If the artwork is found to be substantially
different in quality or appearance, a refund will be processed after the item is returned for inspection.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

The following conditions are not eligible for a refund:

2.1 Change of Mind

If the Buyer simply changes their mind about the purchase or no longer wishes to keep the artwork, no refund will be issued.

2.2 Artwork Already Displayed or Altered

If the artwork has been altered (e.g., framed, resized, or modified) or displayed publicly, it will not be eligible for a refund.

2.3 Artworks Clearly Identified as Non-Returnable

Certain artworks, such as commissioned or bespoke pieces, are clearly marked as non- returnable on the Marketplace. These items are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or do not meet the quality standards outlined in the description.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, the Buyer must:

3.1 Contact The Dealr

Notify The Dealr immediately upon receiving the artwork if there is a problem. The Buyer must contact The Dealr within 7 days of receipt for any damage, quality issue, or mismatch in description.

3.2 Provide Supporting Evidence

The Buyer must provide photographic evidence of any damage or discrepancy in the artwork’s quality, as well as a description of the issue.

3.3 Return Instructions

The Dealr will provide return instructions once a refund request has been approved. The Dealr will cover the cost of returning damaged artworks or those that do not meet the description.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Issuance

Once the returned artwork is received and assessed by The Dealr, the refund will be processed. The Buyer will receive a full refund of the artwork’s purchase price, excluding any shipping costs, if the return is accepted.

4.2 Timeframe

Refunds will typically be processed within 7-14 business days after the artwork has been returned and assessed. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.

5. Shipping Fees and Duties

5.1 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns will be covered by The Dealr only in cases where the artwork is damaged or significantly not as described. In all other cases, the Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5.2 Import Duties

Any import duties or taxes are non-refundable. These costs are covered by The Dealr for international shipments, but will not be refunded in the case of returns.
